Wilbert Toussaint was born to the late Antonio and Annette Toussaint, an Automotive technician and a boutique owner, in PAP, HT on November 18, 1950.
Wilbert was a blessing to all his friends and family;
he was married to his wife Antoinette Andre and together they had three children Schadrack, Sofie, and Stephanie. Wilbert was filled with love, respect, kindness, confidence, and an amazing sense of humor. He loved to dance, eat, listen to romantic French songs, surround himself with his friends and family. He was a die-hard fan of soccer particularly the Brazilian team.
