PISS POOR COMMUNICATIONS. My mother passed Dec 15, 2021. They only want to text. They were notified up front of an autopsy to be performed. I was never informed they nor someone near had a cooling facility until the day of the arranged transport for the autopsy. An additional $200 was accessed because my mother was transported to Webb City, MO because " it's a friends " creamatory. I was not advised other than in small print on the contract they needed advanced money for death certificates. Normally payment is due when COMPLETED SERVICES are rendered. I explained you need a certified certificate for the life insurance to pay. I explained I do not need 10 inaccurate death certificates (not reflecting autopsy or correct cause) at this time but only one. It is Now Feburary 20,2022 and nothing is completed other than a statement including charges for 10 death certificates (not even ordered) accessing a $73 late charge yet there was no mention of that other than in small print in the contract stating late fees accessed if not paid by "December 16, 2022". It is obviously all about money for a corpse taxi service. As of this date February 21, 2022 NO certificates, Just now (allegedly) performing cremation. Told last week it would be done in a day or two. No word just a statement for services none of which have been completed to my knowlege. Unprofessional and incompetent.
