We supplied the funeral home with urns. They tried to give us my wife's ashes back in the plastic bag and box it came back from the crematorium in. I had to wait another day for them to do what they were supposed to had done in the first place. They refuse to compensate us for my wife's jewelry that we asked them multiple times for. Eric claimed to have cremated my wife with her jewelry on. He will not return any of our calls.

Do not go there is you want to be treated with respect and your loved one with dignity. Once money exchanges their true colors show. They do not care about your loved one or the family.

The experience was not good. Lots of negligence and unprofessionalism. If you want to keep the jewelry left on your loved ones. Just take it off yourself. Don't wait! Because it may not make it back to the family. Its unfortunate to have to write a review like this. But it's also unfortunate to have had to take a loss on a family heirloom.

Have you lawyer ready or have your lawyers contact them if you want everything to go accordingly

Eric has poor customer service. He has his employees making false reviews on here to bring his rating up. They are crooks and liars. Only out for money. Insensitive

Eric refuses to call our family back to compensate us for his misconduct of not giving my family the jewelry. He has his staff telling us he is out of the office, even though you can hear him in the background.

The process started fine, then went down hill. I will say two staff members, who are no longer there, were excellent, the rest of the staff is rude. They don't communicate with you to let you know what's going on. We asked them for my mothers jewelry and was told they would get it, but my mothers jewelry is forever gone. The owner acts as if its not a big deal. It saddens me that a Black owned business treats their people like this. We need to do better.

I am a pastor in the city and have performed many many funeral services. Eric Williams funeral home has done an exceptional job with every service I can recall.

We had an horrible a experience. Our wishes were not carried out. We asked for my mother's jewelry and they purposely did not take off her jewelry. Eric claimed to have cremated my mother with her jewelry on.
