General Manager and Funeral Director Jay Poster and Director of Family Service Sheryl Chenin Webb could not have been more helpful, understanding, sympathetic, and considerate. I had a particularly difficult circumstance having to bury my mother during the COVID19 crisis while also trying to fulfill her dying wish to be buried in her country of birth, Israel. I bought a plot here as a backup plan, in case we were not able to get her body to Israel due to new regulations in place to contain the spread of the virus. Jay and his team did everything in their power to ensure her burial in Israel would take place, and accommodated me for as long as was necessary to make it happen. Plus, comforting me with the knowledge that she had a place to rest here if all their efforts failed. They did not fail me, and their spirit and positive guidance helped keep my stress and tension at bay. Grieving for a lost parent is difficult enough without having to deal with the guilt of fulfilling a dying wish. The team at King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery understood this and delivered on their promise in spades.
