Kathy was the one I talked to, she was very professional. I did not care for the guy who was there, my friend asked if they have coffee and he said no this is a funeral home, well what one has to do with the other, it would be nice to have coffee for the customers. But Kathy was very nice, talk to her. 5 stars for Kathy and 0 for the guy
