Cotton Funeral Service

Me and my family had a horrible funeral for our mom we paid for flowers they forgot to put them on the casket. We was told some one would be there after reviewing our mom before the service started no one never came until it was time to go to the grave site. They was supposed to give us a refund we never received it. Sad at the time we were grieving.
