Horrible service. They dressed another dead person in our mothers new clothing and put her in the wrong casket. Her body was decaying because of no urgency to embalm although we requested it be done immediately. The casket would not close. We were ignored when we tried to have a formal meeting to discuss the matter. Poor professional no compassion. Absolutely disgusting.
