Mr. Gary and his staff were very accommodating in the untimely passing of my father. He ensured that we were able to have a small, private service/viewing to pay our last respects. Despite a few challenges along the way, he ensured to show ongoing support, guidance, and compassion.

I helped my mom use New Orleans Funeral & Cremation. Circumstances were long distance in nature. The company handled everything as planned. In comparison, the cost was reasonable. We would recommend NOF&C.

Excellent Service! Took care of a family member after he passed and amazed me at how fast they responded and completed everything. Also the price was Great compared to other Funeral Homes. I definitely recommend them if you ever need this service.

I can’t express the gratitude I have for this place and the wonderful staff. They made the unexpected death of my brother in law so easy to handle. They let us in early and allowed us to stay pass the time for the viewing. The whole process was conducted with compassion and dignity. On a scale of 1-10 this place is a 12. The staff of New Orleans Funeral and Cremation Services are the best in the area. They conducted a service for my aunt today, and provided an excellent experience. We have used them 3 times and their service is consistent and professional from start to finish heartfelt thanks to the staff.

Appreciate that this organization was available -24/7 (literally) pretty much any time that I needed a conversation with them. They eventually knew me by name, were so polite and understanding. Arrangements were complicated but this group pulled through with sophistication and respect. Cannot thank them enough for taking care of my mother after her passing.

Customer service was absolutely excellent and professional. Extremely empathetic and understanding. I would recommend to anyone needing the service, for a funeral service or cremation. The staff was dedicated to proper ethics, morals, and transparency. I’m extremely impressed with the way their business foundation is managed, and the delegation of the business principles that are correlated to that particular profession. The company uses calls, text, and emails as correspondence utilities to communicate with their customers. Helpful hint, my email classified the co emails as junk/spam, so be aware of that. Plus, they followed up about the situation regarding my late husband. I wanted to thank every for everything they did to make my husband’s life memorable and having him put to rest. RIP JTC ❤️ will always remember and love you.

I love this these People, they are Very Professional and treat you more like family then a customer. In a time of Grief We feel like things will not get better, We even more so Have lack of understanding. LOU and Dezarae definitely was my ear to listen. The Service was Amazing. I love how they Repect my Wishes upon everything I felt in my Grieving heart at that time and still after My Husband burial. I recommend this place to Use if you don't have a support Team and Most definitely if You don't have insurance. They are Very Inexpensive and Will Work with You.

I recently had my mother's memorial service at New Orleans Funeral & Cremation Home. The service was so beautiful. My mother wanted to be cremated , so Ms Tracey was so compationate and helpful and she made a very difficult time easy and stress free. I feel compelled to share my experience with New Orleans Funeral & Cremation Services. From the very beginning, I felt a sense of “We Care”. Each time I spoke with Lilly (Office Manager), both her tone and words were always comforting and never rushed. She was kind and patient, answering any and all questions; and if she didn’t have the answer, she would call Ms. Tracy right then and there and rest assured she would. Ms. Tracy was also kind and patient, never rushing me off the phone when I would call her about anything. This was such an overwhelming and heartbreaking time for me, but I have to say they helped make it a little better. Their level of professionalism over exceeded my expectations. The establishment is welcoming, clean, and I couldn’t have asked for them to do a better job presenting my sister for the last time. I want to thank Ms. Tracy and Lilly with all sincerity for a job well done; you are appreciated more than you could ever know. Keep doing what you’re doing: Your Work Matters!! You Matter!!

From my very first interaction, I was treated with compassion and professionalism. The staff was absolutely amazing. The hospice company held up the process for receiving my father's remains, but the manager and owner went above and beyond to ensure that his urn was available for his services. The manager drove to my home on a Saturday to deliver it! And the front desk lady was so friendly and welcoming. The facilities were immaculate and beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. The entire experience was handled so graciously. Thank you for all that you do!
