This funeral home provided great services to my family when we lost our loved one. I highly recommend and the staff was very professional.

Beware this funeral home is crooked. They quote you prices for service but the correct process is you should be given a itemized price list and you pick what you want. And not what color you burying the deceased for the casket you are suppose to pick the casket. Each item of service should be itemized with a price not the word included. Death certificates are 10.00 with the health dept and she charge 20.00 with no explanation of why. If any of the above has happen to you more than likely you've been overcharged and should contact the Funeral Compliance office in Tallahassee at (850)413-3039 to file a complaint. To be taken an advantage of in the time of a love death is the lowest but if everyone file a complaint this can be stopped. I filed a complaint.
