I called around other mortuaries amd all were charging storage fees but 2 months I called everlasting memorial funeral chapel they said they can help as long as the doctor signs right away I ask why they had room and the other places didn't they told because they were working 7 days a week to get the permits to cremate right away now I understood why they had room they did in 2 weeks and they saved me and my family alot of money

My family member past away from covit19 I called around no one had room or if they did they said it will take 2 moths I would have to pay storage until then when I called everlasting memorial funeral chapel they said it will take about 2 weeks all charges and cost they showed me up front I agree and they are very honest and I felt very comfortable with my loved ones in there care the did everything the promised they are a blessing thank you

We were recommended this funeral home my family died of covit19 they were so wonderful and gave me all the chargers up front no hidden fees even the cooler cost they did everything in 2 week compared to other places that said it will take 2 months

During these trying times one would think these types of businesses would be more understanding and prompt with their practices. This is definitely not the case with Everlasting Memorial Funeral Chapel. After my relative passed from Covid we soon found out why Marina's business had so many "available spots", unlike other funeral chapels. Their daily storage fees are similar to "impound lots", but for the deceased. Because of this business model, there is monetary incentive for Marina to take her sweet-lovely time processing hospital documents to expedite our cremation services. I've spoken to the hospital inquiring about said paperwork, but they've stated they received no inquiries from Everlasting Memorial Funeral Chapel after a full week of taking in my relative! I always heard of shady practices that prey on the vulnerable, but never thought we would have to juggle grief and this slimy business. If there's ever an investigation on this place for unethical price gouging during a crisis, I wouldn't be surprised. Steer clear from this place.

This is the worst place to do business with. Marina and her husband take a long time to do any of their services just to charge you more money for the refrigeration of the body per day. NO DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU CAN!!!
