Not only were they affordable but they really care about the details of your love one. They are truly honest and compassionate. My brother looked as though he was sleeping peacefully. They even provided me with extra services that I didn't ask for. Thankful and blessed we decided to choose Pitchford Family Mortuary. Always do your research first.

I just recently suffered a loss. The Pitchford Family were not only very professional but extremely caring. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and you don't deal with any extra stress during your grieving period. They did a beautiful job with my mother. If you're looking for people who genuinely care, then I highly recommend them.

I would like to thank Pitchford Family Mortuary for helping us with burial of our son. This mortuary made the process easy and helped us get through this tragedy of losing our baby. It has been very hard to get over our loss but we sleep well at night knowing that we buried him in the right way. They made the price affordable to what we can pay because this was so unexpected. They even helped us with our cemetery needs. Everyone was so kind and informative. We would like to thank Pitchford Family Mortuary for helping us through our rough time.

Please whatever you do do not use their services. They have prior records and currently this company took my money in full and it was pulling teeth to receive my fathers ashes if that is him and over four months with several phone calls emails and text to obtain the death certificate. If you want a smooth service find another company please.

Please TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND LOVE ONE RO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME. I want to spare you the disaster that awaits your family if you consider this place .The staff here are all crooks and liars.My cousins body was unrecognizable and they didn't allow the immediate family a private viewing. His body looked worst than Emmit Till and there was a vile smell that sent the family into trauma instantly. Even the 3 year old grandson of the deceased was shaking. If this place has harmed your family don't allow them to get away with it .Write the funeral commission and help close them down asap .

Deserves to be shut down

This mortuary should not even be in existence. They leave your family traumatized during the final goodbyes of a loved one. There is no way makeup should be on the clothing. A decomposed smell wreaking from their body during viewing. This place is unprofessional and lacks sympathy. Please do your research and consider a different place to care for your loved one. One star only because something had to be selected.

Horrible place

Recently went to a funeral service in support of a friend. I do not recommend! The viewing itself was horrible. My loved ones are traumatized at how bad of a job the mortuary did with the deceased. Leaking fluids, and bad makeup. At the funeral, Pitchford Family Mortuary was not presently greeting guests on time and did not at all seem remorseful at such a terrible time. 100% DO NOT recommend.

the staff is very courteous, professional, sensitive and professional!!! The prices are very reasonable for the great services received. You can't beat Pitchford Family Mortuary!!!

Pitchford Family Mortuary quickly responded to our family's needs. They were calm, gracious, and quickly arranged my loved ones service and at a reasonable price. They even helped us when we had an issue though the cemetery. I would recommend Pitchford to anyone who wants to get things done simple and quick.
