Michael Brass Jr is the most unprofessional liar I have ever done business with. He did not give me the casket I paid for nor the program that I chose. He also buried my husband without my knowledge a week before he told me that he would be laid to rest. I was not given the opportunity to have a gravesite military ceremony as well. It was not until I filed a complaint with the BBB that I received the death certificates 2 months after my husband passed.
